I will also try to go to Fondation Carmignac in Hyères. It's been on my list for a long time, but I have never been able to visit. Because no meal is complete without dessert, the vanilla bean crème brûlée or profiteroles will never disappoint. We are boat people here.© WHAT'S A CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION YOU'RE INVOLVED WITH? I teach a gardening class at The SEED School of Miami, and it's the most valuable thing I do with my time. Five days per week it's a boarding school, so the students get a holistic education that would be impossible with the traditional school schedule. We have a full raised-bed garden that was designed by Little River Cooperative, and we grow plants hydroponically inside the classroom.
