WE ASKED A FEW OF OUR CONTRIBUTORS TO REFLECT ON THEIR WORK OVER THE YEARS. FROM DOCUMENTING ALLIGATORS IN THE EVERGLADES TO SNAPPING SUPERMODELS-IN- THE-MAKING IN THE WILDS OF BEVERLY HILLS, IT'S BEEN AN HONOR TO COLLABORATE WITH THESE GREAT IMAGEMAKERS. RUVEN AFANADOR Prior to being a part of Bal Harbour, I had admired its stories and the effort its photographers, editors, and producers put into making them. Through its beautiful fashion images, it has always been a transporting experience. From the first moment, years ago when we did our first story together, a very fruitful collaboration began that has lasted for years. We have done stories in amazing locations— from fairytale palaces to very modern homes.
