Throughout the year, the suite will host experiences such as cultural talks, food and wine tastings, styling demos, and so much more. Stop in and join the club for a place to relax, have some treats, and get personalized shopping advice. What's old is new again at Neiman Marcus. The more than half century–old Bal Harbour Shops institution has at last revealed a brand-new store after a near-total renovation. Upgrade highlights include the debut of an eatery and bar called Carrie's at Neiman's, located on Level 1 at the center of all the shoe lounge action. Named for cofounder Carrie Marcus Neiman, the chic counter features a menu of soups, salads, and sandwiches, plus sweet treats such as the iconic Mandarin Orange Soufflé. To sip, there are wines by the glass, coffee, and other non-alcoholic drinks. " Personal shopping transforms a routine task into a tailored journey, where every piece is handpicked to reflect your taste and elevate your style. It's not just about what you wear, but how it makes you feel. " — LUZ MUNOZ , HEAD PERSONAL SHOPPER, BAL HARBOUR SHOPS On the beauty front, the spa area has expanded to encompass a second suite for facials, and a "Beauty Boardroom" for expert-led master classes and private events. If you're unsure about donning that post- treatment punim too soon, step into the new makeup and hair station to cap off your pampering, and none will be the wiser. — SHIVANI VORA The new Carrie's at Neiman's bar and café UPCOMING ACCESS SUITE EVENTS VALENTINO PREVIEW OCTOBER 21–22 See exclusive new offerings from the maison's latest collection. VERSACE WONDERLAND NOVEMBER 11–17 Celebrate the Holiday collection only the way Versace can. There's a changing of the guard at Lanvin. The oldest continuously operating couture house in France recently announced the appointment of Peter Copping as the brand's new artistic director. Copping joins the maison this September, and will spearhead its womenswear and menswear collections. The British native, who graduated from Central Saint Martins and Royal College of Art in London, has lent his talents to fashion brands including Louis Vuitton, Nina Ricci, and Oscar de la Renta, where he was tapped by the late designer himself to be his successor. Prior to joining Lanvin, Copping was Balenciaga's head of couture. His diversity of global roles brings a fresh perspective to Lanvin while still being aligned with the house's 2022 shift to embody the quintessence of chic—a concept that founder Jeanne Lanvin originally imagined when she opened her atelier in a tiny hat shop in the heart of Paris in 1889. — S.V.
