I've been traveling a lot recently, and it's hard when you don't have a routine. Staying healthy while traveling is all about planning ahead. Pack your own snacks like nuts, fruit, or protein bars to avoid unhealthy airport or gas station food. Drink plenty of water, especially when flying, to stay hydrated and energized. Finally, try to maintain your regular sleep schedule, even with the time-zone changes, to keep your body feeling balanced.
