Christina Gliha is a Canadian illustrator, graphic designer, art director, and creative director based in Paris. She specializes in illustrating food, fashion, travel, and people for brands and publications, including Miu Miu, Ladurée Paris, Harper's Bazaar, Penguin Random House, the New York Times, Departures, Hotel Il Pellicano, and Louis Vuitton. Employing a painterly, emotive style, with visible brush strokes and imperfections, she shows a joyful, human hand behind the imagery. She has created five dreamlike illustrations for this issue of Bal Harbour. "It's a joy to render subjects I personally have an interest in—this defining factor is what helps bring focus and magic to a piece of art." in this issue Mitch Zachary, born in the Dominican Republic and currently based in Paris, uses the medium of photography to highlight creative voices within his communities. He has shot for i-D, Document Journal, Tank, Greatest, Odda, 321, Notion, and Vogue. For his first contribution to Bal Harbour, Zachary shot the cover and fashion portfolio featuring model Romy Schonberger. "Collaborating on 'Sultry by Nature' in Mexico was unforgettable. Working alongside such a talented team, each frame became a blend of architecture, style, and the unique spirit of Nizuc. It was more than just a shoot—it was an experience of connection." Booth Moore is a Los Angeles–based fashion critic, writer, and editor whose work has appeared in the Los Angeles Times, the New York Times, The Hollywood Reporter, Women's Wear Daily, Vogue Business, and many other outlets. She is the author of three books, including "American Runway: 75 Years of Fashion and the Front Row" (Abrams). "I was thrilled to get the chance to write about the latest chapter of Etro under the incredibly thoughtful and creative Marco de Vicenzo," Moore says of "Heritage House," her first piece for Bal Harbour. "Etro is a brand I always loved covering at Milan Fashion Week, when there would sometimes be small cushions in the signature house prints on our runway show seats. Whether they were meant to be parting gifts or not (I hope they were!), editors took them, and I have a stack in my house that I still treasure."
