JOSHUA HENDREN cung season cung season cung GRAFF round white diamond and sapphire High Jewelry watch raff has long been synonymous with jaw-dropping diamonds, but its watchmaking arm has steadily carved out a place of its own. Founded in 1960 by legendary diamond connoisseur Laurence Graff, the British jeweler quickly built a reputation for an obsessive eye for quality and cut—the kind of expertise that would make Graff a serious name among collectors long before the brand became a global powerhouse. Today, that same instinct shapes its timepieces, which are handled much like jewelry, with a focus on stones and harmonious silhouettes. This new 16.53-carat watch, for example, takes on a soft, flowing shape reminiscent of a hand-tied bow. Crafted in white gold, the design is formed from two intertwined strands that meet in an elegant knot, giving it a sense of movement on the wrist. Meanwhile, a single line of round pavé sapphires frames the piece, tracing the bracelet and continuing around the watch face—acting as an anchor in a sea of diamonds.
